The current version operates with play-money “points” that have no monetary value, are not redeemable, and cannot be withdrawn.

Shares are not securities offerings, ownership of the underlying content, or claims against any author or platform.

You are responsible for compliance with local laws. The product may be unavailable in certain jurisdictions.

4. Content and third parties

Markets may reference third-party content (e.g., posts on X/TikTok). We do not own that content. Authors may request removal of a market referencing their content.

You must not create markets for illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Prohibited conduct

No market manipulation, wash trading, bot abuse, fraudulent referral activity, or attempts to exploit the system.

We may suspend accounts, void markets, or reverse rewards obtained through abuse.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The product is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from use of the product.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms and the product at any time. Continued use means acceptance of changes.
